I’ve been working on my confidence with making homemade ravioli. This batch was my first and a little rough but still tasty (I hadn’t yet trimmed them). My second attempt was way better and I even made my own ricotta! It’s a real investment of time to make ravioli from scratch and then they disappear so quickly!
