It is supposed to be salsa verde chicken but it isn’t very green on account of all the non-green ingredients the recipe calls for. Made using recipe from The Complete Guide to Pressure Canning book. I made a double recipe. Used 12 chicken breasts and 16 thighs. Lots of food! Great for tacos. And the leftover sauce is basically tortilla soup. So good
