   Plate 2 seems a bit small to me for the dish, but plate 1 looks pretty good. I’m not sure about the pomegranate seeds, i wouldn’t like that texture together with the carrots personally. Sauce looks a lil weak.

   I like the second arrangement better, but I think it would be best on the first plate.
