I would eat this cheesy amoeba.

Crust looks pretty solid, good color, overall bake looks good to me.

You’ll improve dough shaping and launching with practice which is just what I’m guessing may have happened?

I love it! Has character and I’m sure it was yummy

I’ve seen a lot worse. From every technical aspect besides shaping, it looks pretty solid.

    Shaping: Not perfect.

I’d be curious to see what the crumb looks like in your crust.

Looks fine. I still fuck up my shaping every now and then 😅

    All pizzas are beautiful.

That said, not sure how you managed that 🙂

If you shape it into a ball while letting it rise, it will be a lot easier to keep it circular while you shape it. You just want to use your fingertips and push it lightly out, rotate it 45 degrees, and push it out again, and repeat. You can do this on semolina flour, which will keep it from sticking to your countertop.

  7. Need to see the bottom and the crumb to really tell how you did. Top looks great.

I’d crush that. It could be rounder, but it looks delicious

This looks horrible just throw it away at my house but put it on top of the dumpster, not in it, if you would in a box or something of the sort. Thanks in advance

You made the Amoezza! Market that lol

How does it taste? That’s what matters, baby.

I would say not bad at all. The crust is on the bottom and the cheese and peps are on the top! Keep making pizzas: the more you make, the better they will get. And remember to share and exercise regularly.

As long as it tastes good, it’s good.

If shape bothers you, watch a few videos of someone doing a stretch and shape. Pay attention to how and where they move their hands, and copy.

I personally learned to stretch hand-over-hand faster than I learned table-stretching because I want to use as little flour as possible (for taste and to reduce the mess in my kitchen).

It was hard at first, but then it became almost easy once I made my crust the right way.

Keep at it. You’ll get it.

cheese still looks awesome. I’m no judge but I would enjoy eating that

The shape is a bit goofy but it doesn’t change the fact it looks delicious. I’d eat the whole pie.

Doesn’t matter how it looks to me but it does look delicious!!!

Can’t judge apizza without seeing the bottom crust.
