Was looking at one of these but open to other suggestions. Was thinking of mixing it with franks hot buffalo or xxxtra hot possibly but not firm on that yet. Bought a homemade lemon pepper sauce on Etsy and it was horrible, wouldn't even call it hot sauce more like a marinade. If anyone has any good leads on a amazing lemon pepper hot sauce that's actually hot I'd appreciate that too. Lol

Make your own. Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh lemon peel, etc.
I prefer Mrs. Dash over any other lemon pepper I’ve tried throughout the years.

Edit: I would probably do the MRs. Dash to control the level of salt
Spiceology makes a Buffalo lemon pepper seasoning that’s fire
Dash being salt free makes it the best option, control your own level after the mix (plus it’s the only one I can vouch for being delicious)

Use the Mrs dash since you’re mixing it with hit sauce. Any other option will wind up being too salty.
Do you have a dehydrater. I make my own peel a lemon throw it in there at 145ish for a day, throw it in the coffee grinder with equal part of black pepper
Kinder’s is my go to for spice blends anymore
