Hey guys, a friend of mine gave me these homegrown Serrano's and jalapenos. What would you do with these?

    Roast em and put em in a salsa, of course.

    I’d either roast a few with some tomatoes, garlic, onions, etc. for a slightly milder salsa, or make a “cremosa” by roasting and then blending them, adding oil until it emulsifies.

    You have so many, I would make a fresh salsa and with what’s left, ferment them and make a fermented hot sauce (like tobasco).
