costco sirloin tip steak

Probably the cheapest steak you can buy in bulk at Costco @ $9.99/lbs. This cut is on the leaner side, but it still hits the spot when craving a pan seared steak. I cooked 3 steaks perfectly to a medium-rare/medium. Dressed with creamed spinach mushrooms with a side of garlic roasted mashed potatoes. In the future, I may try marinating this cut of steak for tacos or bulgogi.
