A nice thin pork cutlet, breaded, and fried to golden brown and delicious perfection, topped with an egg, slice of lemon and anchovy fillet. The dish needed one or two more eggs😊 ( This is a version of Schnitzel à la Holstein in culinary parlance)

One anchovy is brilliant! Imma start adding a single fish to finished dishes.
