Recipe:
6 Garlic clovess
– Place into cold water in a pan, bring it up to a boil for 10 seconds, then strain out. Repeat 4-5 times until the garlic is soft and doesn’t have a raw garlic flavor
– Blend with 1/4 cup Olive oil and 1/8 cup water until smooth

    I prefer that strong, garlic bite.

    It's like many restaurants nowadays, they do t season well at all.
    Many of the dishes made are very balnd, and almost flavorless.

    All of a sudden, salting is the bad guy, when salt accentuates flavor.
