    I char in the oven, blend, and then finish in a super hot pan to concentrate the flav.

    NGL since joining this sub this has basically become my salsa recipe. Yes, my result varies a lot, but it’s always good. I started out trying to do it juuuuuust right and decided to be more zen about it.
