Recipe
Ingredients:
400g bread flour
300g water
10g salt
40g olive oil
3g dry yeast
5g sugar
Ham
Burrata
Pesto
Sundried tomatoes
– mix all the ingredients for the schiacciata in a bowl.
– cover and let it rest for half an hour.
– knead the dough for a few minutes and let it rest again.
– you can repeat that for a few times or until your dough is ready.
– put the dough in an oiled baking tray and let it rise for 3h.
– flatten the dough and cook in a preheated oven at 250C for 15 minutes.
– put all the ingredients in the schiacciata and enjoy your italian sandwich❤️
