Red cabbage gnocchi with butter, parmesan and chestnut
First time making these, I loved how well the flavours combined! I tried to make sort of a quenelle shape but I want to try making them smaller or also like spatzle

I used: 800 gr. Red cabbage (cooked and blended) 400 gr. Flour 1 large egg
Mix al the ingredients into a paste, shape and toss in boiling water until they start to float☺️
