Location has only been open a few months, but was a pleasant sursurprise from the last time I visited.Decent selection with some good flavour profiles. The "Sizzlin Scorpion" actually has a good bite. (8 out of 10 on their scale)

Seems to be the same selection of sauces they have at mine in the southeast. I hope they let the stores bring in unique ones to the store like they did before the rona.
Ever since hearing this advertised I keep going to my local firehouse to see if they have set up their sauce bar, but no luck yet.
I love firehouse subs. Great sandwiches.

I tried the Scorpion and Backdraft….both were surprisingly good for sitting on the counter at a Franchise!
Had Florida mans on my visit and it was great. 7/10 on their level. The pineapple offsets the heat heavily but is damn delicious
