First time cooking steak at home! First time cooking a rib steak (boneless)🥩 perfect medrare+. Could have seared a lil more.

    Looks perfect. This is the goal every time I cook a steak. It’s all about having a high temp, and letting the outside sear just right and getting it to the point where the fat melts just enough and you get the Maillard reaction.

    Why would you ask about the pass? Everyone here loves steak so we wouldn’t pass..never.
