3 cans of Rotel hot, a brick of pepper jack, brick of Velveeta, a few Lbs of ground moose. 225 for 2h with hickory and pecan. No after pics because it got destroyed immediately.
Just did the same. Should have got OTT with the sausage but decided to brown it first. Also to make shells and cheese with the queso – NEXT level. We made over 3000g so we have a bunch stored away and in the freezer. Got to bump those batch sizes up!
