Bought this rotisserie about 3 weeks ago and finally got around to using it. Yes, I realized that the screws need to be reversed with the wing nut. Used grape seed oil, SPG and hickory chunks.

I also got the rotisserie about three weeks ago and have used it a handful of times. I love it. It’s very satisfying but challenging. I feel like it’s such a hectic moment patting it dry, sticking it on the skewer, seasoning, and getting to the grill. It’s a wild few minutes with lots of hand washing and going in and out…
We both need to master trussing our birds. She’s all splayed in a bad way here.
Did you brine first? I’ve been using a soy based brine that I really like.
my chickens prefer some light bondage before the main event
Your grill reminds me of a Stormtrooper. Which makes me want to say, “I find your lack of Truss disturbing…”
I was thinking you would need twig but guess not. Looks great brother. How big is the bird?
I bought one two weeks ago and used last weekend. The chicken came out perfect and it was so easy to use.
Today I learned why rotisserie chickens I buy at the store have a band around the legs.
I’m ordering twine right now. I’m going to need it for the turkey as well.
