Recently changed my lifestyle diet to a plant based diet being a type 2 diabetic I watch my blood sugar each day so I know what triggers high readings for me and have removed them from my home and replaced them with better choices and built recipes and substitutes for my favorite things it is working wonderfully for me A1C was 9.5
Now it is 7.2 hopefully it will keep going down π and Iβm not feeling cheated or hungry also losing weight
Iβm a lifelong type1 diabetic and still show no signs of diabetic disease after 65 years. I eat all veg and fruit with no problems. Organic is the secret and no processed foods at all. Moderation is important as well. Also do not eat lean meats. Meat should always have moderate amounts of fat. No pasteurised milk at all. This is what works for me
