Lunch: Turkey and Avocado Wrap (Lettuce Wrap)
Ingredients:
– 4 oz sliced turkey breast
– 1/4 avocado, sliced
– 3 large romaine lettuce leaves
– Pepper jack cheese cut in 3 small slices
– 1 tomato slice
Dressing
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1/8 tsp Salt
– 1/8 tsp garlic powder
– 1/8 tsp pepper
– 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1/2 tsp honey
Recipe:
1. Open lettuce leaves add turkey slices, avocado, tomato and cheese.
2. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic powder, pepper and Italian seasoning to make dressing. Blend or mix well.
3. Top the turkey with dressing. Roll the leaves into a wrap and serve.
