I’ve never seen that in any stores I shop in. It’s made with durum, semolina though. I’d try it at least.Don’t blame you for being skeptical though!

To be fair I could do with this for making spaghetti all’assassina as my steel frying pan is not large enough and I am struggling to justify the cost of a new larger pan.
