Ingredients for açma recipe:
400ml boiling milk
200ml room temperature water
100ml vegetable or olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
30gr. fresh or 1 tbsp active dry yeast
6 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 egg white
2 egg yolks + molasses for egg wash
room temperature butter
chocolate & Zaatar powder for flavour
