1. To 1/3 cup of plain yogurt, ADD
2 tablespoons favorite mustard (I used plain yellow mustard)
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill
smidgen salt
smidgen pepper
½ teaspoon favorite sweetener (I used xylitol) – I said ¼ teaspoon in the video
2. MIX together well and use on potatoes and grains of your choice.
