The ingredients are as follows 🌟
(Btw – this recipe can be LEAP friendly and adapted to accommodate sensitivities and reacrions)
1/2 cup apple cider
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme (we used a 1/4 teaspoon dried)
4 boneless pork chops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil – we dont use veggie oil and prefer to cook with tallow and/or ghee
