Candy Fits The Diet Too

    For the record, I got my 50 grams of protein and have had 3 meals today already. I don’t always eat candy, but I thought it important to show that you can work things like this into your diet too. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

    Oh mannnn its been years since I have had that ritter sport with the marzipan, its soooo good!  I too try to fit candy in when possible, and I like all the low/no sugar alternativs like Smart Sweets but until they become cheap as normal candy its harder to stick with those alts and be happy with them.  This is much better variety and volume but still enjoying the things you like!  Like a lil char-candy board.

    If its your thing, the chocolate dipped pretzels (i think flipz brand) are 140 cals for 8 pieces. That was enough for my sweet tooth at the end of the day the first time i did 1200 cals. (Lost 60 lbs like nothing!)

    (I’m breastfeeding atm so i eat whatever i want, I’m on this sub for inspo for when i wean and can restrict my cals again)

    For the record, i could never have 200kcals of candies and just stop. No sir, I would keep going. Over and over again.

    Nice! I made cinnamon rolls td and my friend who knows I’m doing lower cal rn asked me why I’d make those and I was like cause having something sweet stops me from binging later on!

    Necessary (not) evil 😉
