Followed it exactly even though the single egg white had me hesitate. It wasn't the worst, wasn't the best. Weirdly enough, could use more salt and sweet.
Still in search of the perfect toffee bar/square recipe 🙂

    I wonder if you used semi-sweet baking chocolate for the bars & used salted butter if that would change the flavors enough? Or what about sprinkling a small amount of Himalayan salt over it? Granted, I’m not a fan of salted caramel, but you never know, it may work with this?
