What is the best way to cook these short spare beef ribs on my smoker?

Man I was like wtf with that price then realised you’re Aussie and my brother I feel your pain. Was going to suggest to just try something as no doubt you’ll learn regardless but not worth potentially wasting $30 worth

Hard to tell how thick they are, but they look thick enough… you can smoke them for a while and then braise them in red wine or beef broth you might also be able to smoke them 275 till they are tender.. either way make a nice stock with the bones when your done

Get you some valatina hot sauce and sop them up with it every so often. I’d go hot and fast.

We call them costillas. Not really a great cut for smoking.
Salt pepper.
Grill over hot coals for about 5 minutes. Flip and grill another 3 minutes or so. Squeeze limes over them while cooking.
Alternate seasoning is Fiesta brand Fajita seasoning or Uncle Chris.

Make Korean short rib marinade or but it, and grill it normally or in a cast iron. Thank me later. Do not smoke these, that would be a waste.
