In this video, I start the morning by making a cup of Turkish coffee and petting my poodle mix dog Winky. I soak chickpeas overnight. Cook them for about an hour in boiling water with baking soda and then make the fatteh, hummus and then a bagel with hummus topped with chopped red onions and capers finished with salt.
