Loaded potato soup is always a fall favourite!

    Just got an air fryer. Crispy bacon on top of this sounds good.

    I mashed a couple of different recipes for this so measurements are a little rough, I like to measure with my heart.

    5# of potatoes chunked

    1 medium onion chopped

    4 cloves minced garlic

    Salt

    Pepper

    1 packet dry ranch

    4 cups of chicken broth

    1/2 pound of bacon

    Let cook on low for about 6 hours. Then I added

    1/2b sharp cheddar cheese

    2 8oz blocks of cream cheese

    And let cook on low about another 45 min.

    Then I took the immersion blender and broke up the potatoes. It seemed a little to thick so I added about 1c of chicken broth and 1/lb more cheddar.

    Topped with cheese and extra bacon

    I have that same slow cooker. Did the crock in yours form a huge crack out of nowhere like mine did?
