    Alright, since the 137 posts are on the rise again, what is so great about it? I think I tried it once and don’t recall being all that impressed. My biggest problem with it is it was too easy to overcook when I did the sear.

    Today was the first time I did a 10 minute ice bath before searing. Took it to the next level.
