Think i seared the steak a little too long which is why there is the grey band. I made chimichurri sauce from scratch last night to go along with my steak. Took me an hour to make that sauce. Got a blister on my finger from all the chopping. And it was bland! But the steak was excellent of course. Maybe ill try a Béarnaise sauce next time. 🙂

    Chimichurri looks nice, I found when mine was bland that the right chilli really makes a difference. Like a nice thai chilli.
