I ordered this pasta dish called “farfalle kartucci”, it tastes amazing and I wanna remake it at home but I cannot find a recipe anywhere, the sauce tastes of mushroom and sundried tomatoes and is brown and watery, maybe they got the pasta’s name wrong or something idk please help

pasta al cartoccio. (I wouldn’t trust that presentation)
*Kartucci sauce* is so ignorant. They don’t even know what they are doing.
If what you tasted is good for you and you like it, I can understand. Don’t expect *pasta al cartoccio* to be similar.
Edit: if it was served in that “container” I’m afraid it was microwaved. And not oven baked in a wrap.
I could be wrong.
It’s most likely something they made up, it’s not any Italian recipe and the “kartucci sauce” they mentioned just doesn’t exist, even if we assume that what they meant by saying Kartucci was Cartoccio or Cartocci.
Assuming that they meant Cartocci, they MIGHT have used Yoghurt sauce mixed with blended dried tomatoes and mushrooms, but that’s a stretch.
(In Italy we seldom use Yoghurt sauce to make Patate al Cartoccio)
Other than that, the only thing that comes to my mind by looking at it and going purely by colour, is Salsa Romesco, but that’s Spanish so it most likely isn’t the case.
Nice Pasta.
