Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp oat flour, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (18 grams), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
– mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into an oiled & heated skillet, when bubbles start to form flip
My toppings:
– 1 tbsp PB fit powder mixed with water, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 banana, blackberry jam
Total comes to 373 kcal with toppings
