Pizza Pizza screens November 10, 2024 Hard to see here but the undercarriage was underdone imo whilst the top was about right. First time using screens in home oven. Pull the screen out after a couple minutes
Use a stone. If the stone is hot enough, the bottom of your pizza will cook properly in spite of the screen.

It looks spectacular
