Hard to see here but the undercarriage was underdone imo whilst the top was about right. First time using screens in home oven. Any tips?

    Pull the screen out after a couple minutes

    Use a stone. If the stone is hot enough, the bottom of your pizza will cook properly in spite of the screen.

    I use screens on my Ooni to make launches a breeze, but if there weren’t a stone beneath it hearing the base, it’d probably be the same story.

    I do two minutes to start on a screen then pull it and place the pie directly on the steel
