how are you monitoring temperature??

If this doesn’t turn out great, don’t blame the concept of sous vide.
Get yourself a thermostat or thermometer, at least.

A quick goole search says the warm mode on a rice cooker can be between 150°F to 190°F, so Im curious how this will turn out. Please post the results! fwiw I think the pot needs more water too, with no lid the water will quickly evaporate
