I bought this in my most recent order from Heat Hot Sauce.
It’s a big umami bomb seasoning using yeast, dried shiitake, and garlic in addition to the habanero powder.
The yeast gives it an almost cheesy flavor, and it’s great sprinkled on food and an absolutely game changer when added to chili and soups, gives them a huge boost of deep rich umami flavor and a little extra heat.
Heat level is moderate so easy to add to anything and it doesn’t overwhelm, just kicks it up a notch.
It’s also the perfect seasoning for fries and great when you add it to the rice cooker before cooking the rice.

I’m so over this Umami trend. Buzzwords are crazy in the YouTube era.
Im sure it’s tasty, but I’m not a fan of the first ingredient being yeast. I’d pass on that alone.
