Includes 1 lb of ground beef, 8 oz of regular pasta, and mushrooms, onions, zucchini, carrots, and snow peas. Simple sauce of garlic, hoisin, and soy sauce. I split into 5 portions, but you could make lower cal by using less fatty ground beef or subbing for turkey, protein pasta, etc.

My newest life hack is doing meal prep Monday’s. Y’all post such great ideas Saturday and Sunday, this way I don’t miss as many haha 🙂 Looks delicious.
