    Looks great, OP!

    If I may offer one small piece of advice, I prefer saucing just a bit later to avoid the sugars in the sauce burning (like on the far wing there). Some people like a bit of charred sauce, though, so do what you like!

    It’s the only way to go. White and dark cook evenly. And can get a lot more rub in there. Works with Turkey also! Nice job 👍
