Signed up 2 weeks ago for my fourth winter using hello fresh (no time to cook in the summer because of work). First week was fine, came a day early and was super cold. Second week, not so lucky. They split the shipment in 2 boxes. Which is fine, but they put one package of chicken in the same box with a bunch of breakfast items and it exploded ruining all of them. The second box also had chicken and beef which was fine. Why wouldn’t they just put all the raw meat in the same box? Bright side, they shipped me 2 bags of ingredients for one recipe so we have a ton of left overs and they gave me full refund to use on a non discounted order.
