Pork butts for me and my neighbors

Garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, msg and ground chili flakes at 280 for 7 hours, now wrapped in foil and being finished in the oven.

Had to make room in the freezer for my wife’s Trader Joe’s run. Will post an update with the verdict, but it’s looking good 🙂
