I've never made ribs before but my daughter really loves them . I've googled and searched this sub but finding everything kinda confusing. I want to sous vide then finish off on the grill. I'm looking for a recommendation on time and temp for the sous vide.

Love me some country style ribs. Good luck.

It’s pork shoulder. Follow time x temp for that.

I know this is a SV sub, but hear me out, cut those into bite sized chunks, toss in bbq/hoisin sauce (I actually prefer hoisin), air fry for 10 minutes on 400°, toss in more sauce, turn off air fryer, & put them back in the air fryer for 5 minutes (after it’s off). They turn out perfect. They have a bit of chew, but also have a delicious bark & flavor.

I bought these last week thinking they were should cut ones. Turns out they were loin cut ones. 2/10 did not make good carnitas
