Ingredients for Oats omelette

Eggs 2
Oats 1/2 cup
Salt ,1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Oil
Veggies
Cabbage chopped 3 tbs
Bell pepper chopped 2 tbs
Onion chopped 2 tbs
Carrots chopped 1 tbs
Chillies 2 chopped
Corriander 1 tbs chopped

Method

Take 1/2 cup oats,coarse grind and place in a bowl,
Add milk and soak for few minutes.
In a bowl ,break two eggs and beat.
Add salt , pepper,add chopped veggies.
Add oats in egg bowl
Mix well and keep aside.
In a pan ,pour a little oil.
Pour half of the egg batter and cover it.After few minutes flip over.Cover again.
Remove in a plate.
Make other omelette in the same way.
Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
Enjoy oats breakfast.
