Cool late fall day here today so did my first attempt at chili this way. Game changer, so much better than traditional chili. The meaty smoked chunks of ground beef/sausage really make a difference.

I just did this the other week! It was incredible! I instead pre-cooked it and then put the meat on a pan and spread it out and smoked it that way.
