Didn't take a pic of the cross section but was really impressed with the outside
Turkey and cheddar and Swiss in the pan- put some arugula in it once I took it out. Squirted a tiny bit of regular yellow mustard and kewpie mayo on the arugula.
Honestly super tasty combo. I made this 2 days ago and been thinking about it constantly

That sourdough crumb is crazy! Do you have a pic of what it looked like before toasting?
