If I’ve made pico or have tomatoes and onions/cilantro on hand, and I’m not feeling lazy af…those will get added too, but sometimes I just want chips and cheese with hot sauce!

Yessir. Valentina black label is my go to in this exact situation.
I do something similar, except with a quesadilla. Taco Vibes Only is the go-to for this.
