• Olive Oil or Ghee: 2 tablespoons

• Bay Leaf: 1
• Vegetable or Chicken Broth: 3 cups (or water)
• Saffron- 10 strands
• Salt: To taste
• Butter- 2 tbsp
• Sugar- 1 tbsp

• Minced Chicken: 500g (1 lb)
• Onion: 1 medium, grated and excess water squeezed out
• Green Chili- 1

• Bell Pepper- 1 small

• Cumin Crushed or Powder: 1 teaspoon
• Sumac: 1 teaspoon
• Paprika Powder: ½ teaspoon (optional)
• Chili Flakes: 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt & Pepper: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
• Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons
• Bread Crumbs: 1/4 cup (for binding)
• Olive Oil: For brushing
