I made Tagliatelle from flour! The ingredients are flour, whole eggs, salt and olive oil. I measure the weight of flour would be just twice of whole eggs, and the dough won’t stick to pasta machine!

    I did not understand this passage:

    The traditional amount is 1 whole egg every 100 grams of flour
