  2. I impulsively made it. Taste awesome but it had a sour aftertaste which I think it's from the beans I used for my espresso. But overall, taste awesome and woke me up

  3. You are forgetting the most important ingredient: a dash of fortified wine, like Marsala, Moscato, etc. (Porto or Sherry may work as well).

    (I was about to go grammar nazi on "zabaglione", and then realized it is a now accepted hypercorrection variant of "zabaione"/"zabajone".)
