*Ingredient list (4 pax)*
– 400 ml coconut milk full fat
– 1/4-1/3 cup raw honey or other natural sweetener
– 2-3 tsp moringa powder more or less, to taste
– 1 tsp vanilla extract more or less, to taste
– 1/2 tsp cardamom, green ground
*Instructions:*
1. Gently heat coconut milk in a saucepan to warm. Pour into a blender.
2. Add honey, moringa powder, vanilla and cardamom, pureeing until smooth and completely combined.
3. Chill for several hours to overnight; transfer to an ice cream maker. Once the ice cream is made, stir in any additional ingredients desired.
