It may be 260 calories. Just for your own peace of mind that you are counting correctly and not sabotaging your progress, I would weigh the food and use the calories on the packets (divide the calories per 100g by 100 to get 1g and then multiply by the weight). I eat fish fingers and veg weekly and would put that meal at closer to 4-500 calories with that amount of potatoes – it just cannot be 36 calories trust me. Also double check the calories on google to see if your tracker app suggestions are making sense – some use user input calories and people have made a mistake/were way off when estimating, then that figure is being suggested to you as correct but it’s not.
