    Usually the buffets I go to have the Hollandaise sauce in a gravy boat on the side.

    Idk this looks delicious. If you ask me, hollandaise is supposed to get everywhere.

    Also those eggs look perfectly poached.

    Briefly thought they were in a sink 😂 otherwise, honestly, not terrible. I’d pick one up at the buffet.
