Ingredients for this recipe are given below

Turkish sprouted Soup ingredients and method:
1)1/2 cup sprouted turkish lentil (boil with turmaric/Sault/asafotida)/1/2 cup boiled turkish sprouts pest/4 Spoonful oil /1 spoon sault /2 spoon red chilli powder/2 spoon corriender seed powder/2 spoon tamarind jaggary sauce/2 spoon onion garlic masala/1 spoon asafotida/1/2 small cup fine cut corriender/2 Spoonful black bramhani masala/1/2 small cup fine cut onion/1/2 small cup fine cut tomato

Method:
First put the pan on gas and put the oil init then mustered seed/asafotida and make strong temparing and sim thew gas then put fine cut onion/tomato mix it well and add littlie bit Sault for to cook or mangle tomato & onion each other then add bramhani black masala and onion garlic masala well then add some corriender leaves in it and pour the cooked turkish sprouts into the pan again mix it well now add the pested turkish sprout in it then add require water into the dal and get a nice boil to the lentil soup then add tanmrind jaggary sauce and boil it after that taste the sault if required then add it according to the test again now add corriender powder in to the soup and give the boil for2 minutes aroma of the soup spread then off the gas take one midium size boul put the soup in it garnish with corriender and serve with rice/papad/& carrot pickle

Rice was already cooked with clarified butter and sault
